Mr.Gurung, former manager of the award-winning Mela and Chowki restaurants, and the Michelin-starred Zaika, has track record in the neighbourhood, after running “KOHINOOR IN THE CROWN” in Cowley and he has been joined by Executive Chef Krishna who has worked in renowned Indian Hotels & Restaurants in Mumbai brings tangible cookery experience in Curry Culture.
